The technical parameters of the tested radar and the original data of the historical tested radar in range are analyzed by test personnel. The analysis provides prior information for maximum action range test of the new type tested radar. In this paper， maximum action range statistical analysis method is presented based on Bayes theory. The analysis which sufficiently applies radar prior information is the requirement and the important development direction of the scientific evaluation. Using one type radar's test data， the author studies the analysis estimation effect of Bayes method.
