Time-interleaving sample technique that can improve the speed and performance of ADC system is a very effective method on the application of using relatively low speed circuits to realize high speed and high performance ADC systems. The basic principles and implementation methods of time-interleaving sample are introduced in this paper. The mismatching on the performances of time-interleaving ADC systems are analyzed. The emulate figures are obtained in this paper.
