This paper briefly describes the high-frequency radar system， problem solving ideas are given， that multiple transmitters at the same time work to bring the issue of reverse power. Design methods have been focused on analysis of transmitter isolation protection circuit using quadrature coupler constitutes， and on this basis is given to a single radar transmitter power library program idea.
