That ship sails in north pole is very important and sea route of north pole has large economic benefits, so scientific research personnel and navigation workers must research navigation of high latitude area. For objective reason, research of ship position method is less, this paper introduced navigation condition, ship position calculation and course confirmation in high latitude area.
