The monitor and control system of data link is very crucial to ensure data link system working normally, reliably and stably. The design and implementation method of monitor and control system of data link based on MapX is presented. To implement second exploiture for GIS in monitor and control system, adequately using advantages and characteristics of GIS can enormously improve the performance of monitor and control system.
