This paper introduces satellite navigation system, satellite-based enhanced system and GNSS committee (ICG). The relative definition and principle for compatibility and interoperability among GNSS are emphasized. Some problems about compatibility and interoperability are discussed by GNSS provider and customer. At last, advantages of satellite navigation system at Asia and Pacific area are described.
