    摘要:

    全球卫星导航系统地面监测站是地面运控系统的重要组成部分,主要任务是基于监测接收机对卫星信号实施连续监视和测量,并将监测数据及气象数据通过卫星通信或地面通信的方式传送至主控站,用于系统精密定轨、电离层修正以及完好性判断。而由于卫星通信较之地面通信机动、灵活、不受地理位置及距离限制,应用极为广泛。本文给出某全球卫星导航系统地面监测站卫星通信分系统的设计。

    Abstract:

    Global Navigation Satellite System Ground Monitor Station is an significant constitute of the Ground Operating and Controlling System, whose main purpose is to continuously monitor and measure the satellite signal by the monitor receiver, and transmit these monitoring data and the weather data which are used in system precision confirming orbit, ionosphere correction and integrity judgment to the master station by satellite communication or ground communication. Comparing with the ground communication, satellite communication is more maneuverable, flexible, and unrestricted with geographical location and distance, so it is used widely. This paper introduces the design of Satellite Communication subsystem of the Ground Monitor Station for a Global Navigation Satellite System.
