In the paper, Winsock is used to implement the data transmission of network communication in the multi-radar data fusion system, receive and send the target data between data fusion center and radar observation station. The C/S communication application is designed and analyzed, and the flow chart and part of the key programs are presented. The experiment shows that the approach is feasible in practice.
