Program slicing is a kind of program analysis and understanding technology, which adopt program slicing technology during software test. It can narrow software test scope and improve test efficiency according to different sections. Mean while, due to program slicing it will take different types of dependency relationship within program as consideration, so as to improve test veracity. This report will introduce present slicing technology, and discuss the program slicing application in software test.
