A measurement method is mostly researched through baseline on monitor receiver’s time-delay in the reference station of navigation satellite system, and the channels time-delay of the monitor receiver is measured according to the method above mentioned. Comparing with the result via the traditional direct measurement method, the baseline measurement method is easy, the precision meeting to system’s demand, which fit the measurement and correction of receiver’s time-delay in the outfield reference station.
