The overall structure of the integrated system is the design and function of the satellite positioning services (CORS system), the necessity of the application situation at home and abroad, mapping work, engineering construction and digital city, as well as the existence of China in the construction of CORS system were discussed, it has some practical significance in the promotion and application of the CORS system.
