First, the simulation of correlated clutter, the principle of clutter power spectrum, the range distribution of radar clutter and the realization of simulation result which aim at the realization question of radar clutter are discussed in this paper. Finally, the simulation result shows that the character of radar clutter could be exactly reflected through the example.
