A multi-link access method is proposed in the paper to implement the compatibility, multi-link integrated monitoring and service integrated distribution of multiple-channel, network formation protocol and message standard. This method can unify the service processing flow, simplify the interface relationship of command/control system and data link as well as simplify the system access via integrated services multiple connection.
