The enlightenment of China general aviation development is gained through the analysis on the current situation of the developed countries and China. The necessity of China general aviation development and the advantage of western China general aviation development are discussed in this paper; the confinement factors of the China general aviation development are analyzed. Finally the countermeasures and suggestions are given.
