In order to realize the dynamic emulation of batches of target on sea, ground and air in idea simulation system, the map display and track plot process in simulation idea are analyzed in this paper, which combined with GIS control-MapX. Initial parameter of track movement is provided by the participate in trial-production according to the campaign idea and these parameters are managed by the database.
