The math model of PMF-FFT algorithm is established, the influence on accumulated losses, scallop loss and frequency resolution which caused by the number of correlates, accumulated length and FFT points are analyzed. On this basis, the principle of PMF-FFT algorithm section is given by the combination of efficiency and the amount of algorithm
