The status and the problems of the national civil aviation navigation market is stated first, and then the trends of the civil aviation navigation system is analyzed. Based on this, the paper highlights the perspective of the Compass Navigation system application on civil aviation navigation, the concepts of PBN and the relationship between Compass Navigation system and PBN. And the developing direction of national civil aviation navigation technology is clarified at the end of this paper. From the discussion, we can depict that the PBN program developing with Compass Navigation technology is a hot research and developing point of the national civil aviation navigation technology in the future.
