A novel technique for designing and manufacturing a microwave receiving module is presented. The module has four channels, each of which is consisted of limiter, low noise amplifier and phase shifter etc. for implementing amplification and phase shift of the signals received by antenna. A theoretical analysis of the receiving module is provided. The design, processing and test of the module are implemented based on MCM (Multi-chip Module) technique.
