To realize the data-communication between Altium Designer and PLM system, the run-time principles of the script system are analyzed and researched in the paper. The development project was given according to the characteristics of component library. Altium Designer was secondary developed using DelphiScript technology, and a new menu bar was added to realize the BOM outputs.
