Based on the analysis of PBN and its related concepts, the domestic and foreign related applications are sorted out in this paper, and its key technologies and applications are analyzed. Then combined with the development of China aviation and the characteristics of air traffic management operation, the application strategy of performance based navigation technology for the military air traffic management system is presented. .
