Combined the latest developments of the American Cooperative Engagement Capability(CEC) and defensive system, the requirement of space-time synchronization is analyzed, and the concept, the architecture and the process of space-time synchronization is proposed. Through the simulation combined the typical application scenario, the validity of the space-time synchronization is verified.
