The bus arbitration mechanism and the common of the arbitration agreement based on this the bus arbitration hybrid priority arbitration and queue combined solution, this design method which is to ensure the priority of the high priority of the main equipment, and ensure the fairness of the other main equipment, but also to avoid the "deadlock" and "hunger" phenomenon. This paper introduces in detail the design process and the simulation results of this algorithm.
