At present, the capability of information assurance for operation platforms including submarine and UUV (Unmanned Underwater Vehicle) in underwater is deficient. In order to realize cooperative operation capability among the underwater platforms, surface water platforms and air platforms, so that the power, viability and agility of underwater operation platforms is need to be advanced instantly. The paper is focused on the development of underwater acoustic communication networks, and the uptrend of integrative technology of communication, location and identification in underwater is also brought forward finally.
