In this paper, Multi-Agent-Based Modeling is applied to build up the hierarchical integration model of data-link system, based on the need of data-link system effectiveness evaluation. This paper gives a layered architecture of evaluation index from the point of operational ability, and evaluates the data-link system effectiveness adopting AHP-FCE evaluation model, which presents a new perspective for data-link system effectiveness evaluation.
