In order to meet the information needs and requirements of military and civilian users, this paper proposes information system network architecture based on transaction processing mechanism, Which combines the development trend of civilian and military information system. The information system network architecture can unify the network architecure and information processing mechanism of military and civil information systems to promote the interoperability and integration development of military and civil information systems.
