Abstract:With the wide use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), the technology of autonomous landing guidance has become a hot spot in the domestic research field. This paper introduces three landing systems with the function of autonomous landing guidance, including the Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS), the Microwave Landing System (MLS) and the Millimeter Wave Secondary Radar Landing System. And it also respectively analyzes the technology system, the performance characteristics and the present development situation of the three systems. Then the advantages and disadvantages and the performances of each systems will be compared and analyzed. In the last part, the paper summarizes the developing trend of the technology of autonomous landing, thus providing reference for its research in China.
