Abstract:Assume that the two planes flying along a straight line with the same direction and speed, the two azimuth of the target can be obtained by measuring time difference in two different locations according to single-base midpoint DF method. On this basis, the linear solution of target distance can be solved out based on the principle of triangulation location. Compared with the time difference location method using three planes or the DF location method using two planes, the two plane location method based on time difference measuring obtained by single-base midpoint DF method has the better positioning accuracy.
