Abstract:This paper combines the construction development plan of Beidou Global System and the background of improving service performance on the country along "The Belt and Road Initiative". In the process of satellite networks, the satellites on different orbit positions are added, and the system will have different effects on the extended target area about the service performances. The STK simulation software is used to model which can analyze “Coverage Time”, “Number of Accesses” and “GDOP”, then optimize the sequence of satellite networking to achieve the maximization of the services performance on the extended area in a short time, which will provide a reference for the priority networking design of global system satellite.
