With the rapid development of testability technology, more and more attention has been paid to the testability of equipment. Based on the main technical and parameters of the testability design, the testability design model of the typical communication equipment base on TEAMS software is established, the testability simulation and analysis are presented, which providing the qualitative support in order to improve the testability of equipments.
