This paper aiming at requirements of fighters sensor target reporting and situation awareness, the track process mechanism of non-command and control unit in Link16 are analyzed, and the track quality evaluating method and the track correlation algorithm in Link16 are introduced. Then, a new rule of fighters sensor target reporting was presented. Furthermore, the computer simulation results proved the effectiveness of the track correlation algorithm base on track quality.
