This paper focuses on the application of frequency domain narrowband anti-jamming algorithm in Beidou signal in the three generation. Through the reasonable choice of window function and FFT transform points, the adaptive threshold detection and zero frequency threshold value method can be used to suppress interference. The performance of the new algorithm against narrowband interference is verified by simulation of single and three-interference suppression.
