This paper analyzed the JTIDS relative navigation positioning principle and its error characteristics, studied the navigation source time quality, location quality, navigation source position geometric relationships(GDOP)and the effect of navigation location accuracy. Under the navigation source time quality and location quality of certain value, the GDOP value is simulated and analyzed, and a method of source choice based on GDOP is presented.
