Navigation monitoring station is an important part of the control section, whose downlink observation data is used to generate satellite orbit and other navigation products. Numerous monitoring stations have wide geographical distribution. It is necessary to improve the level of monitoring station for equipment maintenance and management by modern means. Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) is an effective method for maintenance and management of complex systems. Based on the analysis of the information security needs of the monitoring stations and the typical architecture of the IETM platform, the paper puts forward the preliminary scheme of the information security system, management level has practical significance.
