    设备时延是北斗监测接收机关键参数之一,其性能优劣会影响地面运控系统精密定轨、卫星钟差监测、电离层解算等核心业务的处理精度,进而影响北斗系统提供给用户的定位、 导航和授时(PNT)服务精度。针对北斗监测接收机设备时延性能指标检测评估问题展开研究, 首先给出北斗监测接收机设备时延概念与定义,从设备时延准确性、一致性、稳定性三方面入手, 提出了一套物理含义清晰、性能考核全面、易于工程检测的北斗监测接收机设备时延性能指标评价体系,分析了每项性能指标的工作特性、影响因素、精度水平等,设计实现了科学合理的测试试验方案,并工程验证了设备时延性能指标体系分析的合理性与测试技术的有效性。测试试验结果表明,目前系统研制的北斗监测接收机设备时延准确性、一致性和稳定性均能达到亚 ns 量级。

    Abstract:

    Equipment Time-delay is a key parameter for the BeiDou Monitor receiver. The quality of time-delay performance influences directly the precision of the key service such as precise orbit determination, satellite clock correction, ionosphere delays correction, and influences the precision of positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) for the user terminal provided by the BeiDou. Concerning the issue of performance test and evaluation technique on equipment time-delay, this paper firstly gives concept and definition of BeiDou Monitor receiver’s time-delay, and proposes a set of equipment time-delay’s evaluation system with clear physical meaning, all-around check and easy engineering carrying-out, which involves in precision, consistency and stability. The paper analyses running characteristics, influence factors and precision level, and design a scientific and reasonless project on test and experimentation, which indicates reasonless of performance system analysis and infect of test technique on equipment time-delay with the BeiDou system Monitoring Receiver. The result of test and experimentation indicates that the precision,consistency and stability of BeiDou Monitoring Receiver time-delay are up to sub-nanosecond.
