In order to solve the problem of making test scenario quickly and conveniently, this paper proposes a design scheme of test scenario editing software based on XML. According to the requirement of scenario editing software, the scheme divides modules and designs them by object-oriented method. Scenario is defined in structured XML language, which realizes the normalization description of content and ensures the reusability and extensibility of scenario information. Finally, the scenario editing software is implemented with C# language and WPF framework. The software has a good human-computer interaction interface and can quickly develop the test scenarios needed. It has been applied to a number of projects of the experimental work
