In this paper, a generating method of local digital IF carrier for high precision satellite navigation simulator is introduced, and the corresponding derivation method is proposed. The simulation results show that the local digital IF carrier generation method presented in this paper can track the large dynamic change carrier with high precision. The error between the value of the large dynamic carrier tracking part and the theoretical model value within 20 ms interval is less than 2.5×10^-8 Hz.
