Abstract:In this paper, a design method of the miniature microwave control amplification chain based on temperature compensation technology is presented. This microwave control amplification chain integrates amplitude modulation switch, analog, power amplifier, temperature compensation circuit and automatic level control loop, and makes good temperature compensation for detection voltage in the power control loop by using the complementary characteristics of detection diode. Micropackage single chip circuit is selected for comprehensive consideration and layout, and miniaturization design is carried out. RF test ports are added to achieve rapid fault location, convenient monitoring and maintenance, and improve the reliability of the system.
