    摘要:

    卫星导航定位系统信号具有脆弱性,在受到环境遮蔽或电磁干扰时,系统可用性和服务能力存在较大的不确定性。在金融、通信、航海、航空等领域,稳定可靠精确的时间信息是至关重要的,发展我国的罗兰系统以提供备份的授时信息,具有较高的费效比优势,但罗兰系统的授时精度较低,不足以满足应用需求。本文基于现有 RBN 台站播发差分信息,有效地提高了罗兰系统的授时精度,可以为卫星拒止条件下的民生、军事授时需求提供基础保障。

    Abstract:

    Due to the signal of global navigation satellite system is vulnerable, under the environmental shielding or electromagnetic interference, the availability and serviceability of global navigation satellite system with more uncertainty. In the domain of finance, communication, navigation and aviation, the stable, reliable and accurate time information is significant. Providing the backup time service with developing the Loran system, which have the superior cost-effective ratio. But the time service is not satisfied the application requirements due to its low accuracy. This article introduced that using the existing RBN station to transmit the differential information, which is effectively improved the time service accuracy of the Loran system, and this provides the basic guarantee for the livelihood and military timing requirements under the condition of satellite refusal.
