The interoperability of the data link system is the basic ability of the data link to support network centric war and system of system war. First, the concept and scope of data link interoperability are presented, and the development laws of multiple interoperability models are summarized. The policy, design, test, evaluation process, and specific implementation steps in the construction of data link interoperability were analyzed and summarized. Finally, several enlightenments were proposed for the construction of data link interoperability.
