In this paper, four-channel TR module circuit applied to a highly integrated Ku-band phased array system is designed. The four-channel TR module circuit, in which the final stage of the transmitted signed and the low noise of echo signal are amplified during radar operation, is a miniaturized high-density microwave circuit technology.
