In the paper, a network transport protocol with error detecting capability is designed to solve the unreliable network transmission in unconnected network. In the protocol, the frame head check and CRC check of data is used to check the data error in transmission. The application of multiple methods make the protocol is reliable and the data is right. The frame format and shake hands is introduced with emphasis. The data transmission, reception process and cyclic redundancy check are recounted
