    摘要:

    复杂电磁环境下的雷达对抗实战化训练,是检验雷抗部队应对复杂电磁环境并发挥装备最大作战能力的有效手段。本文首先分析并建立了涵盖雷达对抗实战化训练多个方面的综合评估指标体系和评估流程;其次针对训练效果评估需求与电磁环境复杂度之间的关系,提出了用电磁环境复杂度影响因子来表示复杂电磁环境对训练效果的影响程度;最后采用层次分析法建立基于加权的训练效果评估算法,进行复杂电磁环境下的雷达对抗实战化训练效果评估,确保受训部队在基本一致的电磁环境尺度上进行训练成绩评比。研究成果可为雷达对抗实战化训练组织和训练效果评估系统设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The actual combat training is an effective means to check the response of radar countermeasure troops to the complex electromagnetic environment sand exercise the full combat capability of combat equipments. First, the training evaluation process and relevant comprehensive evaluation index system covering major aspects of radar countermeasure training are established in the paper. Second, according to the relationship between training effect evaluation requirements and electromagnetic environment complexity, a complexity influence factor is proposed to weigh the influence degree of complex electromagnetic environment on training effect. Finally, an weighted training effect evaluation algorithm based on analytic hierarchy process is established, which can be used to evaluate the radar countermeasure training effect in complex electromagnetic environment, and measure the troops’ training scores on consistent scale of electromagnetic environment. The research can provide reference for organization of radar countermeasure training or training effect evaluation system design.
