Aiming at the current situation that service of transport message doesn’t satisfied custom’s variegated and special need, a device of transport message monitoring system using BDS’ positioning, short message and group manager function is introduced. The system includes front monitoring point and center monitoring system, which realizes transport message’s effective managing and publishing by monitoring and analysing transport’s real-time status and parameter. The system can provides decision-making for safe, reliable and timely transport goods.
