    摘要:

    监测站在卫星导航系统中承担着对在轨卫星进行信号收发与观测、完成基本导航、 定位报告等各类业务处理。监测站的稳定运行是关系到卫星导航系统能否稳定提供卫星导航等服务的至关重要的因素。由于监测站设备众多,涉及多个分系统,如何实现监测站的自主监控管理和自动化运行是保证监测站长期稳定、可靠、自动运行的关键因素。提出一种基于三级管理架构的多系统实时监控管理技术用来实现对不同分系统不同类型设备进行统一的监控管理。经实际应用验证,多系统设备集成监控管理技术有着较好的效果,实现了对监测站上多系统和设备的自动化管理。

    Abstract:

    In the satellite navigation system, the monitoring station carries on the signal receiving and observation of the on orbit satellite, completes the basic navigation, the location report and other kinds of business processing. The sable operation of the monitoring station is a crucial factor related to the stability of satellite navigation system to provide satellite navigation and other services. Due to the large number of monitoring stations which contains of multiple subsystems, how to achieve the independent monitoring and management, and automatic operation of monitoring stations is the key factor to ensure long-term, stable and reliable operation of monitoring stations. A real-time monitoring and management technology based on three level management architecture is proposed to realize the unified management of different subsystems and different equipments. Through the simulation, the monitoring and management technology of multiple systems has good effect, and it realizes the automation management of multi subsystem and equipment of the monitoring stations.
