Abstract:The study of air stealth, high-speed, remote and low height, small size, slow-speed targets threat under the complex electromagnetic environment of a new generation of coordinated operations system with manned/unmanned formations in the future is described in the paper. Single ship operation will transform from platform centric warfare to network centric warfare. It gives the demand for ship-borne integrated multifunction RF systems which single sensors, communications and electronic warfare will be integrated to maritime Joint Task Fleet (JTF) system of systems. The highly integrated ship-borne multifunction RF system’s performance will be improved by using open architecture and mechanisms of simultaneous multi-function, simultaneous multi-beams and configuration of multi-function. The ship-borne multifunction RF system would be fulfill the requirement of future operations at sea.
