With the development and the application of communication technology, computer technology, artificial intelligence technology and sensor technology, unmanned ground equipment is increasingly active in combat, search and rescue, fire control and other military and civilian mission scenarios. For the military field, ground unmanned equipment is the core equipment for army and other ground combat forces to move towards unmanned and intelligent battlefield, and will play an irreplaceable role in all kinds of combat tasks in the future land battlefield. Based on the in-depth analysis of the development status of typical unmanned ground equipment in foreign forces, the development characteristics and trends of the equipment field is summarized, which has certain reference significance for the development of unmanned ground equipment of our army.
