    摘要:

    智慧民航建设涉及民航业全领域、全主体、全要素、全周期,智慧民航建设具有长期性、系统性、艰巨性,“智慧出行、智慧空管、智慧机场、智慧监管”是智慧民航建设的四个核心抓手,这四个核心都离不开机场塔台的监管,如何高效经济安全监管是个重要课题,远程塔台技术也渐渐趋于成熟。介绍了远程塔台基本概念及特点,大致总结了国内外远程塔台的运行状况与主要成果,对远程塔台的基本状况、系统组成、视频监控、信息获取等方面的研究进行了梳理,并且对未来远程塔台的发展提出展望。

    Abstract:

    The construction of smart civil aviation involves the whole field, the whole body, the whole factor and the whole cycle of the civil aviation industry. The construction of smart civil aviation is long-term, systematic and arduous. "Smart travel, smart air traffic control, smart airport and smart supervision" are the four core focuses of the construction of smart civil aviation. These four cores cannot be separated from the supervision of the airport tower. How to efficiently, economically and safely supervise is an important topic, and the remote tower technology is gradually becoming mature. The basic concepts and characteristics of the remote tower is introduced , the operation status and main achievements of the remote tower at home and abroad is summarized, the research on the basic status, system composition, video monitoring, information acquisition and other aspects of the remote tower are combed, and the development of the remote tower in the future is put forward prospected.
