In practical application of navigation receiver, the BIT false alarm phenomenon of receiver occurs many times, and it is considered that it is caused by the circuit failure of self-test signal in BIT hardware circuit. The fault is analyzed in detail based on the principle of receiver BIT，and the accuracy of fault location and the correctness of mechanism analysis are verified by simulation experiments. Finally, the detailed solution is given and verified in practical application.
