Abstract:Clutter is an important part of radar echo signal, which is often described by clutter amplitude probability distribution model and clutter correlation spectrum. Zero Memory Nonlinearity (ZMNL) is used for clutter modeling and design. Generate a random sequence that meets both certain amplitude distribution conditions and certain correlations characteristics, and compare the probability density and power harmonic of the simulated clutter data with the theoretical curve to further verify the effectiveness and accuracy of ZMNL clutter modeling. Finally, the amplitude probability distribution and power harmonic of sea clutter and cloud-rain clutter are analyzed based on the measured radar echo data of NA University for sea exploration.
