    摘要:

    随着北斗三号系统应用的逐步推广,北斗RDSS 功能在边防、气象、交通、航空和应急搜救等行业中应用越来越广泛,因此北斗RDSS 性能监测是推动北斗RDSS 服务应用的重要途径。设计了一种北斗三号RDSS 性能实时监测的系统实现方案,系统具备安全性、高可靠性和易扩展性,满足数据采集、接收、存储、处理和管理监控等各个功能的基础支撑需求;针对RDSS的性能评价内容进行了设计,包含通信内容查询、接收信号类型、波束数量和波束功率、通信成功率、定位精度及通信时延等功能指标。最后,通过在对天环境条件下的实际测试验证,分析了测试结果数据,验证了方案的可行性。提出的方案具备RDSS 性能监测实时性强、连续监测、及时预警和远程推送的特点,可以通过网络向相关用户推送相关信息,使用户能够方便快捷地掌握RDSS 使用性能,为用户RDSS 应用提供保障。

    Abstract:

    With the gradual promotion of the application of the Beidou-3 system, the Beidou RDSS function is increasinglywidely used in industries such as border defense, meteorology, transportation, aviation, and emergency search and rescue. Therefore,monitoring the performance of Beidou RDSS is an important way to promote the application of Beidou RDSS services. A systemimplementation method for real-time monitoring of Beidou-3 RDSS performance is designed. The system is built with security, highreliability, and scalability. The system meets the basic support requirements of various functions such as data reception, collection,storage, processing, management and monitoring. The performance evaluation content of RDSS has been designed, includingcommunication content, received signal type, number and power of signals, communication success rate, positioning accuracy,communication delay and other functional indicators. Finally, the feasibility of the scheme is verified by analyzing the test result datathrough the actual test verification under the natural environment conditions. The proposed solution in this article has thecharacteristics of strong real-time monitoring, continuous monitoring, timely warning, and remote push of RDSS performance. It canpush relevant information to relevant users through the network, enabling users to conveniently and quickly grasp the performance ofRDSS, providing guarantee for users' RDSS applications.
